1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

• You may, however, refuse delivery at the time of arrival — but in such cases, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel your order before shipment, the refund (if payment was made online) will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

Due to the nature of our business, certain products are non-cancellable once ordered. This includes:

• Dermatological creams, soaps, serums, and oral medications are made and packed for individual hygiene and medical safety.

• Orders that are custom-packed or specially requested.

These restrictions exist to maintain product purity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
